The BV-360 is a HD type approved, extremely compact and tough, surface mount camera designed for the harshest applications. This camera meets the requirement of REG-61 Side Projection regulations.
This camera features a very wide viewing angle that can totally eliminates blind spot areas This variant (-LSV) is designed to be mounted on a vertical surface on the left side of the vehicle facing back along the length of the vehicle. So this camera could be mounted on the outside of an air-deflector or on the outside of the side mirror for example. This camera can also be used inside a load area where because of its small size and toughness it will need normally need protection from the load.
The main note of caution using this camera is that it is not adjustable so you must establish a suitable location for the camera to provide the visibility that is required – although the wide angle of the camera allows quite a wide tolerance for the installation.
The Camera is supplied with Eazi-Feed connectors so that only a small holes is required to bring the wiring into the vehicles and also enables the wiring to be fed through a side mirror for example.
