Remote Access DVRs can be accessed remotely using a Client Program installed on a users local computer, through a Web Portal or on a Smart Phone.
The “Client” program provides the best user interface in our opinion and we would recommend using this where possible. However, in an age of increasing internet security, some customers may have difficulty installing and using the “Client”, and for these customers the web portal provides an alternative method of accessing the same functionality.

To ensure correct operation of the Client with Google Maps please also download and install Chrome-chef.
