We can provide remote IT support for our DVR system through opening a TeamViewer session.
TeamViewer is the market leading remote access support program that allows us to securely access your computer and troubleshoot any problems you may be having.
To allow us to remotely access your computer please download the TeamViewer software by clicking the TeamViewer button below.
You will then be asked to download and run the Team Viewer program. After running the program a Vision UK support window will open on your desktop and when this is open we can “see” that your computer is on-line. We will then send you an invitation to allow us to view and control your computer. Acknowledging this will give us access to your computer.
