This part has been specifically designed for use with our Pedestrian Detection Cameras and Ultrasonic Proximity Detection System and is designed to provide an audible alarm – without requiring connection to a Monitor – when a pedestrian is detected by camera, or ultrasonic detection system.
To prevent an alert being sounded unnecessarily the amplifier module has a trigger wire that means that alarm need only be active when required, for example when the vehicle is driven at low speed or reversing.
The part is supplied with the wiring so that it can either be connected between the Camera (or Ultrasonic Proximity Detection Module) and a Monitor and/ or a DVR, or it can be used as a Stand-Alone system.
A second trigger wire is provided so that this part can also provide a trigger output to activate an alarm light, a brake or display a camera when a person or object is detected and triggers an alarm.
