This part has been specifically designed for use with our VRUD DVRs for use on vehicles where the OE Monitor can not play an audible alert.
To prevent an alert being sounded unnecessarily the amplifier module has a trigger wire that means that alarm need only be active when required, for example when the vehicle is driven at low speed or reversing.
A second trigger wire is provided so that this part can also provide a trigger output to activate an alarm light, a brake or display a camera when a person or object is detected and triggers an alarm.
