This system can be used with any camera type (Analogue, 720P, 1080P) and is specifically designed to work with the M-715-AHD-SPS Monitor.
The system processor module connects between the Camera and the Monitor and provides an escalating audible scale of warning tones and graphics on the Monitor to alert the driver to the presence of pedestrians or cyclists in the drivers blind spot.
Please note that the graphic overlay is provided via a data link and, although this system can be used with any Monitor, if the M-715-AHD-SPS is not used the graphic overlay will not be displayed – although the audible warning will still be provided.
The system Transceivers are contained within rubber housings and are suitable for mounting into plastic or metal, and they are on connectors so can be easily replaced in the even of damage.
To meet the latest LDVS, FORS and CLOCS guidelines it is recommended this system is automatically activated below 20 MPH so we would recommend this system is used with our SCM-01 Speed Control Module or GPS Speed Control Module, or the Speed Control provided by our DVRs
