The SC-720 BSD camera is a High Definition side camera with integrated Vulnerable Road User Detection capability.
The BSD functionality can be turned ON or OFF and this camera is our standard camera for both VRUD and none VRUD applications
These cameras are type approved and meet REG-61 External projection regulations so can be fitted anywhere on the side of the vehicle. Available with either white or black external housings
The SC-720 BSD cameras is nominally supplied with a 135 degree wide angle lens that can fully covers the nearside blind spot zone of the vehicle.
The camera also has a trigger wire for enable vehicle detection if this functionality is required.

If offside (Right Side) vulnerable road user detection is required please specify when ordering as the camera has to be specifically programmed for detecting VRU’s on the offside of the vehicle
The camera AV connector is a 4-pin avionic style waterproof connector.
