- Accurate temperature readings with masks and glasses. We have also tested in-house with people wearing hijabs and niqabs and we have still measured accurate temperature readings. However, we would like to gain more confidence in the more variable real world conditions before being certain we can ensure reliable temperature measurements when these garments are worn.
- Accurate temperature readings can only be prevented by deliberate avoidance.
- This camera is the best solution for use in public locations and locations where there is a high level of “traffic”.

CONSIDERATIONS
- The camera can only detect an elevated skin temperature – it can not detect an asymptomatic carrier or someone who has yet to develop a fever. It can not identify that an individual has a specific virus.
- Fevers may potential be masked by drugs and potentially some cosmetics (follow link for more information)
