This FORS Silver Plus ARTIC system meets the latest recommended FORS Silver and Gold safety system requirements.
This adds front and offside driver blind spot cameras to our standard FORS Silver system. Although these are not mandated requirements they are recommended additional capabilities.
This system also features our Vulnerable Road User Detection Camera that will only detect vulnerable road users below 20 MPH and can detect vehicles in blind spot above 20 MPH.
An additional benefit of this camera is that it will detect VRU’s along the length of the Trailer

FORS does not require a reverse camera on the Trailer, but either a wireless or wired trailer camera can be connected to this system

This system can be upgraded to meet the TfL Progressive Safe System requirements by either adding one of our VRUD enabled DVRs, or by adding Front Proximity Detection Sensors.
