The FORS Gold Artic package is a 360 degree recording system that meets the Safe-System requirements of the London Direct Vision Standard (LDVS), FORS and CLOCS schemes.
This system features an extreme duty 7″ Monitor and HD Cameras to provide the highest levels of durability with best possible image quality.
The DVR is supplied with a 500 GB SD card (other capacities available). This DVR is compact, extremely resilient to vibration and shock forces (can be mounted in any orientation) and has a wide operating temperature range. This DVR will record between 80 and 100 hours of video footage. This DVR is also available with an extremely cost effective Live View/ Remote Access upgrade option, which is an excellent solution for vehicles that do not regularly return to a depot and where footage can not be easily recovered manually.
A unique aspect of the Close Proximity Detection System is that it is integrated with the nearside camera and driver monitor, and displays a warning message and plays and audible warning through the monitor. This greatly simplifies installation and enhances safety as the driver only ever needs to look at one place for information when manoeuvring.
